If the people take the expired food they could get stomach pain and fall ill soon. It’s better to use the freshly food so that they could maintain their health. When they take these packed foods they could consume more amount of fat content so this could lead them to become fat, so people have to use the foods that are prepared freshly and try to control their diet so that they could maintain their body weight.
