Perishable food —

The food that is easily spoiled is known as the perishable foods, foods like fruits, vegetables, milk and meat could get spoiled within one day when they are kept in the room temperature. The people should take the perishable foods freshly so that they get all the nutrients from the food very freshly. But the foods could be stored in the refrigerator so that they could keep them for weeks, but while they store them they should properly cover them else they could easily spoiled. So it’s better to use the perishable foods fast and stay healthy. The people should take only the perishable foods when compared to the junk foods or the packed foods. When they take the junk foods they could get many health problems but when they take the perishable food items they could be healthy and have better health in their family. The perishable foods help the people to build their immune system in them. When the immune system is the body is strong then they could fight against the diseases easily, but when they don’t have proper immune system in their body they could easily get affected to common cold itself so people should be careful in eating food so that they could stay healthy.
