As aging populations increase, they include more immune suppressed and chronically ill persons who are more sensitive to food borne illnesses and their consequences. Modern advances in medical treatments improve human survival rates from various illnesses but are also associated with increasing numbers of people with reduced immunity to infection. As a consequence, it is logical that food safety risks become even greater and more acute for consumers who are more sensitive to microbial infection. Thus, ongoing microbial evolution, coupled with societal changes including consumer food preferences, lack of adequate food-handling education, increases in at-risk human populations, complex food distribution patterns, increased international trade, and better methods of testing for microbial detection, bring microbial food safety to the forefront of our societal concerns. These developments have certainly increased interest in food safety among scientists, regulatory officials, industry, and public health agencies at the national and international level, especially as they become of more interest to news-reporting media and public-interest groups. This increased publicity leads to public awareness, concern, and more interest in food safety issues worldwide. The result is increased pressure on the private and public sectors to accelerate efforts that may lead to enhanced microbial food safety.</p>

Heat diet will keep us away from various diseases, increases our stamina, controls our weight, etc. The exact combination and amount of food to maintain our body will vary from person to person. As a basis, one may follow a meal centred on carbohydrates and also consume moderate amount of proteins. Lowering sugar, salt, and fat is always welcome. So the first step on building the health pyramid is to take food with carbohydrates. These are foods that contain starch or natural sugar, includes bread, breakfast cereals, pasta, rice, grains, legumes, fruits, vegetables and low fat dry biscuits. Remember to take carbohydrate, which is slow to digest. The centre part is to consume moderate amounts of meat, fish, eggs, and dairy foods. These are rich in proteins, which the body uses for growth and repair. The third need is iron. This is obtained from low fat dairy food. Sugar and salt can be through cakes, biscuits, fatty meats, chocolates, etc. Alcohol also can be taken occasionally. Eat not more than thrice a day. With this as a regular pattern we can lead a healthy life.</p>

They are thought to contribute least to the nutrition but the reality is to they include some <strong>good</strong> characteristics. Spices have a considerable amount of proteins, vitamins and dietary fibre. Consumption of high fat diet leads to heart diseases and also increases the risk of atherosclerosis. Some of the common spices are found to cure this problem to a great extent. These include turmeric, garlic, red pepper, garlic, etc. And most notably spices have the powerful potential to act as anti diabetic. Garlic and onion are the main ingredients to cure diabetes mellitus. Spices are the best digestive stimulant than anything. Any food can be taken with spices with firm trust of digestion. Antioxidant is also the characteristic of spices. The anti oxidation property of cur cumin is researched, and it found to reduce 33 percent of blood lipid peroxide levels. However consuming spices above a certain limit will have adverse effects on growth and weight.</p>

The food spoilage could occur when the moisture in them gets low and the enzymes present in the food undergoes chemical reaction after few hours this cause the food spoilage in them. The important action that is done by the oxidation occurs in the food, the food comes in contact of the direct oxygen they cause the destruction of some nutrients in them. Sometimes the enzymes causes the food browning in them, this happens when the food is exposed to air directly that could be seen in the fruits like apples. The next action is the ripening that is seen in the fruits and vegetables the unripe fruits get ripened due to the enzymes present in them. When they get over ripened they turn to brown color then they could be not fit for eating. According to the food type the spoilage of food also differs in them. The people should keep the food in well protected way so that they don’t get spoiled easily they could preserve them from that.</p>

The people could keep the food in minus zero degrees Celsius so that the foods are not spoiled.  When the food is stored in freezing temperature the micro organisms could not grow in them. This method of storing food is seen from the ancient days. The people could take them when they want them to cook the food. Today in markets people could get the frozen foods that are ready to eat for them. The people could get them and eat without cooking but some foods have to be heated before eating since it does not taste well when they eat them raw. The frozen foods usually contain high contents of vitamin c in them when compared to other minerals in them.</p>

The food is very important one to the people when this acts as a medicine it’s very healthy to the people, this medicine could not cause any side effects in them and they could be very healthy.
